De Bethune unveils the DB25 Starry Varius
Ahead of Baselworld 2018, De Bethune once again displays its horological mastery by unveiling the DB25 Starry Varius, a poetic interpretation of the traditional DB25. A personalised constellation, revisited lugs and an original 42mm-diameter case.
A timepiece with a more classical appearance, the DB25 Starry Varius ‘rethinks’ the sky, framed by a slim polished case with perfectly integrated cut-out lugs, measuring 8.8 mm thick and 42 mm in diameter. The dial features discreetly hand-polished rose gold hands circling the hours and minutes appearing on a silver-toned ring bearing péolished rose gold hour-markers.
The sapphire crystal back of the watch with its glareproofing on both sides reveals impeccable craftsmanship combined with the latest De Bethune technologies. Powered by the mechanical hand-wound DB2105 calibre, oscillating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, the DB25 Starry Varius is equipped with the new titanium balance-wheel with white gold inlays, as well as the triple pare-chute shock-absorbing system.
